About OpenNetworks

Healthcare, priced like it should be.

We think healthcare costs what it costs because no one involved — purchaser, provider, or patient — can actually see the price. We build the platform that fixes that.

Our belief

Why OpenNetworks exists.

Healthcare has become complex, expensive, and fragmented — not because care itself changed, but because the business of paying for it added layer after layer of intermediaries, each with their own markup and their own incentive to keep pricing opaque.

OpenNetworks is the technology platform that lets purchasers and providers cut through that: contract directly, on visible terms, with a flat fee instead of a cut of the savings. We're not an insurer and we don't hold risk. We build the pipes that let both sides deal with each other honestly.
